*sigh*
i don't know why... i'm not ANGRY... i feel SAD. somehow...
(this post is gonna be full of ranting and emo-ing so... if you don't want to read, go away...)
i know you're trying to joke, but it's not funny sometimes...
and just because I don't show it, it doesn't mean that I don't feel anything...
i mean... i don't expect you to be a mind reader or something... but...
for God's sake, could you try?

- Kelly Clarkson, Where Is Your Heart
she told us to clean up all the books on the floor, wipe the shelves AND re-arrange it accordint to DDC number and Author's name.
the books we were dumped with were 500, 600, 700, a bunch of FI, FC, FM and ALIENS.
she told us to get 500 done by today.
stock check 2008, sorting out 500 books took the form 3s DAYS to complete. plus or minus a few hours that they took to key the barcodes in.
if it took them days, i don't see why WE would be able to complete it in 3 hours...
Reasons Why Today Can Be Classified As The Shift From Hell
#1 - impossibly huge workload
#2 - presence of some PEOPLE who did not want to even just MOVE so we could use that space...
#3 - presence of distractions, e.g: weng yew on the computer that made SOME people lazy...
#4 - presence of our DEAR SENIORS, the form 5s, who were given a job that was more easily accomplished. who, when they finished their job, decided that we we INCAPABLE of doing our job PROPERLY and had to BOSS us around as if we were some... TRAINEES WHO HAVE NEVER DONE THIS KIND OF WORK BEFORE...
it has nothing to do with annoying GHEEK and JIA REN there...
it has nothing to do with having to carry around STUPID HEAVY, DUSTY BOOKS which were in the wrong place...
it has nothing to do with the constant reminders to keep quiet by DEAR pn noor. (that was our fault, I admit)
it has nothing to do with having a hardcover thrown at(and hit) my face by the DEAR SENIOR mentioned above...
it has nothing to do with having to constantly remind some DEAR people on shift to carry on working either...

is it over yet? can i open my eyes?
is this as hard as it gets?

huimin, don't be angry... it's a waste of emotion...
(haha. same for me...)
yea... i wish i could... turn off my feelings and emotions. like a switch...
if only it were that easy...
(can't think of a song to quote...)
